We are a parent-led advocacy movement working for real, sustainable Community Supported Living solutions.
Together, we are building a future where every adult with complex disabilities has the opportunity to live in their own home and community—with dignity, informed choice, and the individualized supports needed to direct their own life and be valued as a member of their community.

Our Mission Statement:
To advance policies, systems, and funding in Illinois to ensure that everyone, including those with the most complex support needs, has the right to live with dignity and real choice in their own home.
Our Vision Statement
Our Vision:
A future where every person with a developmental disability, regardless of medical, physical, or behavioral challenges, has the right and support to live safely, with dignity and choice, in their own home and community. They are free to decide where, how, and with whom they live.
